Refund policy


1. Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

2. Perishable Goods & Custom Orders

As our products are perishable and bespoke:

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind, order the wrong product, or the recipient is not home to receive the delivery.

  • Bespoke Creations: Once an order has been designed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

3. Issues & Freshness (Major Failure)

Flowers are a natural product and their lifespan varies. However, if your flowers arrive damaged or are not of "acceptable quality" (e.g., wilted or dead on arrival), please contact us within 24 hours.

 

  • To assess the issue, we require a clear photo of the flowers and your order number sent to hello@emporiohomeandflowers.com.au

  • If the flowers have a major failure, you can choose between a replacement (of the same value) or a full refund.

     

4. Cancellations

Cancellations for floral orders must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery / collection date. If we have already sourced specific blooms or started the arrangement, a cancellation fee may apply.
