DELIVERY

By placing any flower order on this website or through our shop, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Our normal delivery days are Monday to Friday inclusive, excluding public holidays. If you require delivery on a Saturday please call (02) 9977 6276 or email us at hello@emporiohomeandflowers.com.au to arrange weekend deliveries.

We offer a local Northern Beaches, Lower North Shore and Sydney CBD delivery service. Our delivery is zoned into 5 areas and incur different delivery fees:

  • Northern Beaches - Zone 1: $10.00
  • Northern Beaches - Zone 2: $15.00
  • Northern Beaches - Zone 3: $20.00
  • Lower North Shore, Sydney CBD & Paddington: $23.00

We use trusted external courier companies to deliver our physical goods. Orders will not be dispatched until full payment is received and that we, Emporio Home & Flowers or northsteyneemporio.com.au is satisfied with the integrity of the order.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering.

If the delivery details you have given are incorrect please contact us, Emporio Home & Flowers or northsteyneemporio.com.au urgently by phone on (02) 9977 6276 to change the address.

If the order is already in the delivery process, we will not refund any payment.

If you wish to send the order again, it will be at the full expense.

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery company chosen. Emporio Home & Flowers or northsteyneemporio.com.au are not responsible for goods that are either damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Emporio Home & Flowers or northsteyneemporio.com.au

We also offer a pickup order service. Pickup is from our Manly store at: 189 Pittwater Road, Manly NSW 2095.


 

CARING FOR YOUR FLOWERS

At Emporio Home & Flowers or northsteyneemporio.com.au it is our aim to provide the quality and freshness of the flowers you are sending or receiving.

We buy from top quality flower suppliers and visit the markets every week to ensure freshness is guaranteed in every floral bouquet.

Each flower bouquet, vase or pot comes with complimentary flower food, care instructions on how to look after your beautiful flowers and is either wrapped in a biodegradable cellulose Aqua pack, or watered Vase or Pot. Please note that after dispatch a number of changes in conditions can occur that affect the longevity of the flower bouquets.

Air conditioning, heat and other weather conditions may have an effect on your flowers.

Most flowers will last between four and seven days. Should your flowers not last for at least four days, we can arrange to resend a new display of fresh flowers.

Please note, it is our policy that we collect the original flowers that you received to assess the cause of the problem and poor vase life. 

 


CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER

If you wish to cancel your flower order, you must contact us with 24 hours notice. For cancellations received with less than 24 hours please contact us immediately by phone on (02) 9977 1676.

Please note we are unable to cancel your order once it has been prepared or is with our delivery drivers.

 


PRODUCT SUBSTITUTION & AVAILABILITY

All our flowers and products are subjected to the current season and/or availability. If certain flowers and/or products are not available at the point of purchase, Emporio Home & Flowers will substitute the selected product with items of greater or equal value.

Please note that vases, pots and other packaging materials may change due to supplier issues.

 


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Emporio Home & Flowers or emporiohomeandflowers.com.au processes and handles refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.


Each flower bouquet is a one-off unique design. For that reason, we ask that you please call (02) 9977 6276 to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to your floral gift.


There may be several resolutions available to you and are subject to your particular situation. Should you wish to return your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of purchase with a valid reason for return to: Phone: (02) 9977 6276 or email us at hello@emporiohomeandflowers.com.au.
